Flagstaff OBGYN makes it easy and convenient to pay your bill. Be sure to have your statement and payment method readily available and select your corresponding physician when making your payment. Checks may be mailed to:

Financing Options
We understand that sometimes you need flexibility in your budget. We want our patients to focus on their health without the burden of how they are going to pay for their care. We offer several ways to pay including in-house payment plans up to 12 months.
Payment financing options are based on balance amount due.
If you have any questions regarding your billing statement or would like to discuss a payment plan, please call our Billing Team at 928-779-7851 and select option 5.
Scheduling
We are excited to offer online scheduling, but we do have a few rules:
Not all appointment types are available online. If you don’t see your appointment type, please call our office.
We are also excited you are pregnant! If you are currently pregnant and are a new patient or an established patient who is newly pregnant, please call our office for an appointment. We want to ensure you are seen at the most appropriate time and with the correct provider.
If you have something urgent, please call the office to get in sooner. Of course, if it’s a true emergency call 911.
The “additional notes” section is required when you schedule online. Please give us a couple of lines to help us understand why you’re coming to see us.
